Payment Terms & Conditions

1. Payment Policy

• Merchant Name: Merchant name is Hotel Babylon Inn Pvt Ltd

• Advance Payment: 100% payment is required at the time of booking.

2. Check-In / Check-Out Policy

• Check-In: 1400 hrs onwards
• Check-Out: 1100 hrs
• Early Check-In / Late Check-Out: Subject to availability. Check-outs after 1400 hrs may incur additional charges.
• Arrivals Before 0900 hrs: Will be billed from the previous night.

3. Government Taxes

• In case of any changes in the tax structure levied by the government, the revised charges will be applicable accordingly.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. General Policy

• Standard Booking : Guests may cancel their reservations up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled check-in date for a full refund.
• Late Cancellations & No-Shows: If a booking is cancelled less than 24 hours before the check-in time or in the event of a no-show, the first night’s charge will be retained as a cancellation fee. The remaining balance, if any, will be refunded as per standard practice.

2. Special & Discounted Offers

• Non-Refundable & Discounted Rates:Reservations made under special promotions, advance purchase rates, or discounted pricing may have different cancellation and refund policies.
• These bookings are typically non-refundable or subject to stricter cancellation terms.
• Guests must confirm the applicable policy directly with the hotel reservations desk at the time of booking.

3. Group Bookings

• Group/Corporate Bookings:Cancellations for group or corporate bookings (four or more rooms) must be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.
• Late cancellations may incur charges as specified in the group booking agreement.

4. Refund Process

• Mode of Refund:Refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the original mode of payment within 7–14 working days, subject to bank processing time.
• Transaction Fees:Any transaction or payment gateway fees are non-refundable.

5. Force Majeure & Exceptional Cases

• Unforeseen Events:In the event of circumstances beyond control (natural disasters, pandemics, government advisories), refund decisions will be at the discretion of Babylon Hotels man agement, in accordance with prevailing government guidelines.
